Programs
Lee’s Reef Project has been working with the community of Band ‘Abou for over 5 years. Each year LRP strives to improve environmental understanding and awareness of Curcacao’s ecosystems through interactive training and teaching. With ongoing programs such as our annual Reef Fest and Expedition Santa Cruz (formerly Expedition Santa Martha), LRP has done just that. These two programs work together hand in hand to create a dynamic relationship among teachers, students, and the natural world. Reef Fest trains teachers in environmentally related materials and Expedition Santa Cruz is an interactive learning experience in which our trained teachers implement the environmental curriculum for students.
